Here is a description of the video, which is 18 minutes long:
A young woman is hit in the face by a smoke bubble which sends her into a magical dream world where she encounters an abandoned shack. It turns out that this shack is a gateway to the enchanted lands, which she then explores. While she is there the bubble becomes her companion and guide in the form of a clear floating sphere. Near the end things start to get creepy and she realizes that she needs to get out of there, but not to worry, she wakes up and everything is fine.
